REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES You may return ornaments for a full refund within 30 days of delivery before December 25th. There will be a 30% restocking fee for any ornaments returned after Christmas Day. We are sorry to institute this policy. Unfortunately we've learned some customers decorate a new tree with our ornaments every year then return them after Christmas for a refund.
